Journée internationale du café
Oct 1
International Coffee Day is an occasion that is used to promote and celebrate coffee as a beverage, with events now occurring in places around the world. The first official date was 3 October 2015, as agreed by then International Coffee Organization and was launched in Milan.
Many countries have different dates, including the US and Canada, which is September 29 and the UK (along with a dozen other countries) on October 1st, which is the most celebrated. However, despite its popularity in France, coffee is not celebrated there, as it is in nearly 50 other countries around the world each year.
